“Staying with a host family is a large part of the Big 33 experience. In order for us to continue this memorable experience, we need to ensure the athletes and their families that we are providing them with a safe and welcoming experience. The most important way to do this is to require our host families to complete the following background checks: |

National Criminal Background Check,
Child Abuse History Clearance, and
3 Year Driving Record |

These checks MUST be completed this year by each host dad and host mom. This year BEFORE you can be assigned a player you must have all your clearances submitted to the Big 33 office. We would like all completed clearances to be received by Monday, March 18th. The Big 33 player draft will take place on March 26, 2013. You WILL NOT be assigned a player that night if you do not have completed clearances. If you have these clearances on file for another volunteer position you have we will accept copies of those as long as they are dated after June 15, 2011.
